There will be two daily Yoga classes with one afternoon off to explore the region.
Flow classes: The morning class will take inspiration from Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. They aim to cultivate clarification in the mind, wake up the core and the deep stabiliser muscles, improve posture and ease muscular tension. Natasha will break down each pose so that it is accessible to all and gives options for every level.
Yin classes: The evening Yin class will aim to create space in the fascial web of the body, nourish the joints, calm the nervous system and enliven the flow of energy around the body.
The classes will be infused with philosophy and spiritual sharings that are relatable to life. Natasha’s Yoga Sleep Method (Yoga Nidra) will also make an appearance and she is passionate about the health benefits of this transformative practice for complete relaxation and exploration of the subconscious mind.
