Iyengar Yoga Retreat with Rachel Lovegrove
The retreats in August and December are mixed levels but expect to be immersed into Iyengar yoga whatever your level of experience.
To make your retreat work for you, please do attend regular yoga classes for at least 2 months before joining us. Non-yoga partners are very welcome.
There will be two sessions daily, morning and evening except on Wednesday and Friday when there will be a morning session only.
From Sunday to Tuesday and Thursday, there will be two yoga sessions from 8.30am to 10.30am (followed by brunch at 11am).
On Wednesday and Friday there will be one extended morning session from 8.00 to 11.00 followed by brunch and then the afternoon is free for excursions, treatments or to relax.
All equipment, including mats is provided. The classes are designed to be progressive so we start off gradually and build up our practice during the week.
Beginners are welcome as are all levels but you are recommended to get off to classes before you come to really get the best out of your yoga holiday.

Prices will include a 7 night stay, all meals, all yoga, towels, linens and yoga equipment.
Travel, transfers, excursions and massage treatments are extra.
